UNAVAILABLE FUNDS from programs that did not achieve high absorption rates are expected to be channeled to small and medium-sized enterprises. Redesign has begun in the relevant services of the Ministry of National Economy and Finance.

For example, the "Digital Transformation of Small and Medium Companies" program did not manage to gather many applications and priority will be given to strengthening existing small and medium companies after the summer vacations.

The budget is expected to exceed the €150 million.

CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS PARTICIPATION

• Invest exclusively in one District Category

• Have at least 1 full closed management year before the date of electronic submission of the funding application

To be substantially active (Main Code of Activity or Code of Activity with greater income) in 1 eligible Code of Activity, before the date of electronic submission of the financing application

Have the eligible investment credit card(s) before the date of electronic submission of the financing application

To operate legally

Work on the investment project has not started before the funding application is submitted

• To operate exclusively as companies of a corporate/commercial nature

• To meet the conditions of application of Reg. EU 1407/2013 (De Minimis) on which the Action is based

ELIGIBLE EXPENSES

The subsidized budget will range from €30k. up to €200 thousand and the aid rate will reach up to 50% depending on the type of expenditure.

Eligible expenses will be:

Buildings, facilities and environment

• Machinery – Equipment

• Certification of Products - Services - Processes

Packaging Design – Label – Branding Services

• Advertising and Outreach Expenses

• Participation in trade fairs

• Technical Studies & Consulting Services

• Means of Transport (GREEN) – Mandatory electric vehicles

• Salary cost of new employees – (new staff from 1 to 3 EME)
