Interventions of a private nature in the P.E. Kilkis, from very small or small businesses within the meaning of the Commission's recommendation 2003/361/EC, with the aim of strengthening investments in processing, the marketing of agricultural products, with the aim of serving the objectives of the local strategy. The following sub-actions will be financed:
Sub-action 19.2.2.6: Reinforcement of eco-technique investments and multifunctional farms in order to serve specific objectives of the local strategy.
Sub-action 19.2.3.1: Establishment, modernization and expansion of production, storage and marketing units of agricultural products resulting in an AGRICULTURAL product, with an emphasis on compliance with hygiene standards, occupational safety, but also on the utilization of primary production of organic products and quality products.
Sub-action 19.2.3.3: Establishment, modernization and expansion of enterprises active in the sectors of overnight accommodation, catering and alternative forms of tourism. All businesses must be equipped with energy and water saving systems.
Sub-Action 19.2.3.4: Establishment, modernization and expansion of enterprises in the fields of crafts, handicrafts, production of goods after 1st processing, and trade. Priority will be given to the establishment of businesses in organized business parks. Also, all businesses must be equipped with energy and water saving systems.
Sub-action 19.2.3.5: Reinforcement of service provision investments to serve the rural population (kindergartens, sports venues, cultural centers, etc.)
Sub-action 19.2.6.2: Investments in forestry technologies and in the processing, mobilization and marketing of forest products.
To whom it is directed
Natural or Legal Persons (Very Small, Small, Medium and Large enterprises, within the meaning of the Commission's recommendation 2003/361/EC) existing or under establishment and, as the case may be, subject to conditions.
Area of implementation
Region of Central Macedonia
The actions are applied to the entire intervention area of the Local Program which includes all the Municipal - Local Communities of the Kilkis Regional Unit except for the area within the plan of the city of Kilkis.
Terms and conditions
What is funded
Eligible expenses may be summarized:
- The purchase, construction or improvement of property.
- Purchase (including transportation and installation) of equipment and laboratory equipment to the extent that it serves the operation of the investment.
- Purchase of new vehicles.
- Obtaining quality assurance certificates, which are recognized by international or national standards. These costs include consultant and certification costs.
- Business equipment expenses, such as the purchase of fax machines, telephone facilities, intercom networks, computers, software, peripherals and photocopiers.
- Costs of facility security systems, facility fire protection systems.
- General costs associated with plant facilities and equipment, such as architects, engineers and consultants fees, fees for advice on environmental and economic viability, including costs for feasibility studies.
- Expenses such as acquisition or development of software and acquisitions of patents, licenses, intellectual property rights, trademarks, creating a recognizable mark (label) of the product, market research to shape the image of the product (packaging, labeling).
- Promotional expenses, such as website, publications, advertising and participation in exhibitions and up to 10% of the total cost of the act.
- Connection costs with Public Utility Organizations (POWs) such as PPC, water supply, sewerage, telephone service, etc. within the boundaries of the plot.
- Insurance policy against all risks, during the works of the investment (compulsory insurance).
- Staff fees, including social security charges, paid by the beneficiary to its staff, if hired, to work exclusively for the implementation of the investment and to be dismissed on completion, in case of self-trust.
Especially for Sub-Actions 19.2.2.2 and 19.2.3.1 the eligible expenses, in addition to the above cases 1 to 12, are: image etc.) which is required in case the business maintains or creates a space that can be visited by the public and businessmen. Green works, tree plantings, lawns, as well as decoration works (within the operational area of the business) in the event that the business maintains or creates a space that can be visited by the public and businessmen. Only for sub-action 19.2.3.1 purchase of an olive oil cold pressing complex, up to the amount of 30,000 euros. This expenditure concerns only active or professional farmers, only for their own production and the final product should be standardized in packages of up to 5 litres.
Especially for Sub-Actions 19.2.2.3 and 19.2.3.3 the eligible costs, in addition to the above cases 1 to 12, are: Costs of special equipment such as the purchase-construction of traditional wooden boats, other boats for the service of tourist activities, purchase of horses for tour activities. Also, the purchase of customer transport vehicles for alternative/thematic tourism businesses and as long as their necessity is fully documented and up to the amount of €30,000 for these vehicles., Construction of a shed - warehouse for the storage - service needs of the investment, up to 40 sq m, only for tourist accommodation investment, Landscaping projects as well as decoration projects, Customer leisure equipment.
Especially for Sub-Actions 19.2.2.5 and 19.2.3.5 the eligible costs, in addition to the above cases 1 to 12, are: Green works. Purchase of special type vehicles linked to the purpose of the investment.
