This invitation is addressed to the Public Employment Service (DYPA) for the submission of project proposals (operations) with the aim of their inclusion and financing within the framework of the "Competitiveness" Program, the "EKT+" Fund and Actions 4 -4.1-01, which includes the "New entrepreneurship program for 1,900 beneficiaries aged 30 to 55 with an emphasis on the digital economy".

The action with code 02-8iii-2.1-07 and title "Subsidy program for business initiatives of employment of young freelancers with an emphasis on the digital economy" was included in EPANEK as an action with the beneficiary DYPA. This action aims to support new companies created from 1 January 2022 onwards, by former unemployed people aged 30-55, with an emphasis on companies operating in the digital economy.

The second phase of the action in the framework of the 2021-2027 Period Program, concerns the support of companies that were founded in 2023, have been approved for financing and have implemented part of their approved plan in the context of the EPANEK 2014-2020, with eligibility from the date of their constitution. These companies will complete the physical and financial scope of their projects under the Competitiveness Programme, achieving within 2024 either the third milestone or the second and third milestones, on the basis of which their aid is paid. In the second phase of the action (FP 2021-2027), the direct beneficiaries are companies, without the application of the common ECB indicators for the participants.
