The intervention P3-73-2.9, under the Strategic CAP Plan 2023–2027, supports agricultural holdings throughout Greece for the construction or modernization of greenhouses and accessible plant production shelters.
🌟 Objective of the program: To enhance market orientation and increase the competitiveness of agricultural holdings in the short and long term, including stronger focus on research, technology, and digitization. At the same time, it contributes to climate change mitigation and adaptation, through reduced greenhouse gas emissions, carbon capture, and promotion of sustainable energy
✅ Who can apply?
Eligible beneficiaries are natural persons registered in the Farmer and Agricultural Holdings Registry, legal entities, and collective entities (e.g. cooperatives) based in Greece.
💶 Budget & Funding:

Total budget of the call (public expenditure): €150,000,000(with overcommitment and private participation, expected to reach €600 million)

Eligible proposal budget:➤ From €30,000 to €1,000,000

Funding intensity: 50% to 70% depending on the region and type of expenditure
🔧 Eligible investments:

Construction, extension or modernization of greenhouses

Land purchase
-
Purchase, transport, and installation of new machinery and equipment

Installation of perennial crops inside the above constructions (not from seed)

Purchase of refrigerated vehicles for flower producers (only if flowers are produced inside the structures)

Purchase and installation of computers, farm management software, office and communication equipment

Investments related to the use of renewable energy sources (RES)
