The Hellenic Development Bank S.A. is launching a significant initiative under the “Competitiveness” Program: “Competitiveness”:
το the Entrepreneurship Fund III (TEPIX III) – Microloans for Business Recovery from Natural Disasters,co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+)..
🎯 Objective of the Program:
To provide financial support to businesses and professionals affected by natural disasters, through the provision of favorable microloans.
The action initially targets the Region of Thessaly, which suffered extensive damage during the floods of September 2023.
💶 What is funded:
Beneficiaries will be able to apply for loans with 75% interest subsidy, to cover:

Investment expenses

Working capital needs for a specific purpose

Very small enterprises (as defined in Law 4308/2014 & 5164/2024)

Sole proprietors (individuals with business activity)

Beneficiaries under Law 4701/2020

🧑💼 Additional support: Subsidized Mentoring Services
The program also includes mentoring services, subsidized up to €900 per tax ID, to help beneficiaries make the most of the funding opportunity.
