New Development Law 4887/2022 "Manufacturing - Supply Chain" - 2nd cycle

The Deputy Minister of Development and Investments responsible for Private Investments, Mr. Nikos Papathanasis, on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, signed the 2nd Proclamation for the inclusion of investment projects in the "Manufacturing - Supply Chain" Support Scheme of the Development Law 4887/2022.

Ο δεύτερος κύκλος υποβολής των αιτήσεων υπαγωγής επενδυτικών σχεδίων στο παρόν καθεστώς ξεκινά την 1η Ιουνίου 2023 με ημερομηνία λήξης του κύκλου υποβολών μετά την ανακοίνωση για την παράταση την 29η Δεκεμβρίου 2023.

It is noted that the submission of an investment project that has already been submitted to the 1st Announcement of this scheme is permitted, provided that a request for its withdrawal has been previously submitted to the competent Service or a rejection decision has been previously issued.
