The new initiative supports investment projects of existing and newly established Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) entities in the Region of Peloponnese. Its aim is to strengthen social entrepreneurship, promote employment, and empower local development, in accordance with Law 4430/2016.

🔹 Objective of the Action
The action aims to strengthen Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) entities that are active or plan to operate in the Peloponnese Region, by empowering:

the sustainability of social enterprises,

employment and collective entrepreneurship,

the cohesion and development of local communities.
Specific Objectives
Through the program, the following are pursued:
🔹 What Is Funded
The support covers investments in intangible assets and operating costs, such as:

💼 Payroll costs for existing or new staff
-
🎓 Training expenses for employees
-
📋 Fees for support services (accounting, legal, consulting)
-
📣 Expenses for promotion, communication, and networking
The grants are awarded under Regulation (EU) 2023/2831 (De Minimis) for aid of minor importance.
Eligible Participants
The following are eligible to participate:

Existing Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) entities under Article 3 of Law 4430/2016, registered in the SSE Registry with a valid certificate or proof of registration.

Newly established Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) entities that will be formed and commence activity after the application submission and before their final inclusion in the program.
🔹 Budget & Intensity of Support

💰 Minimum budget: 20.000 €
-
💰 Maximum budget: 80.000 €
-
💯 Intensity of support: 100% public funding
The total public expenditure is allocated as follows:

70% for existing SSE entities
-
30% for newly established SSE entities
There is a possibility of transferring funds between categories, if required.
🔹 Submission Procedure
Funding applications will be submitted exclusively online through the Integrated State Aid Information System (OPSKE), using the standardized Funding Application Form and the supporting documents required by the call.
