Ενίσχυση και Επιχορήγηση Κοινωνικών Επιχειρήσεων (Κ.ΑΛ.Ο.) στην Αττική

Support and funding of social and solidarity economy (SSE) enterprises in Attica The new program aims to boost the growth and sustainability of Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) enterprises in the Region of Attica. Its goal is to strengthen social entrepreneurship as a tool for inclusion, employment, and social cohesion.

🔹 Objective of the Action

The program supports investment plans of existing SSE entities, encouraging:

social inclusion and employment,
the creation of sustainable business models, and
the development of innovative, socially responsible initiatives.

🔹 Indicative Activity Sectors

Investments may concern, among others:

Circular economy ♻️
Health, welfare & education 🧠
Catering and food services 🍽️
Information and communication services 💻
Creative and cultural activities, arts, entertainment & sports 🎭

🔹 Specific Objectives

Through this action, it is sought to:

Strengthen the social economy as a lever for inclusion
Creation of new jobs
Promote equal opportunities
Improve the financial performance of SSE entities
Enhance their competitiveness and sustainability
Support collective and self-managed initiatives
Highlight the social value and impact generated by social enterprises

🔹 Beneficiaries

Eligible applicants are existing Social and Solidarity Economy entities, in accordance with Law 4430/2016, registered in the SSE Registry with a valid certificate or registration statement. Detailed eligibility conditions will be defined in the official Call for Proposals.

🔹 Submission Period

Proposals will be submitted electronically through the State Aid Information System (PSKE):

⏰ End date: March 16, 2026 – 14:00

🔹 Budget and Funding Amount

Minimum budget: 25.000 €
Maximum budget: 85.000 €

🔹 Eligible Expenses

The action covers, indicatively:

💼 Payroll costs for existing and new employees
🏢 Rent and operating expenses
🤝 Fees for third-party services and support activities
📣 Expenses for promotion, communication, and networking
⚙️ Procurement of equipment and consumables
