The new DYPA program aims to create 10,000 new jobs through the recruitment of unemployed women, with particular emphasis on mothers with dependent children up to the age of 15.

Beneficiaries
The following are eligible to participate:

Unemployed women over 18 years old, registered in the DYPA Digital Unemployment Registry

Private sector companies and employers carrying out lawful economic activity in all regions of Greece.
Duration and Amount of Subsidy
The subsidy covers:

Gross salaries

Employer social security contributions
-
Christmas and Easter bonuses, as well as holiday allowance
The duration is 12 months, with the option of a 3-month extension.
A) Full-Time Employment
1. Unemployed for up to 12 months:

Subsidy: 70% of the eligible cost

2. Long-term unemployed (over 12 months) or mothers of minor children:
