The new DYPA program aims to create 10,000 new jobs through the recruitment of unemployed women, with particular emphasis on mothers with dependent children up to the age of 15.

Distribution of Positions

  • 5,000 full-time positions

  • 5,000 part-time positions

Beneficiaries

The following are eligible to participate:

  • Unemployed women over 18 years old, registered in the DYPA Digital Unemployment Registry

  • Unemployed mothers with children up to 15 years old, registered in the DYPA Digital Unemployment Registry

Beneficiaries

Private sector companies and employers carrying out lawful economic activity in all regions of Greece.


Duration and Amount of Subsidy

The subsidy covers:

  • Gross salaries

  • Employer social security contributions

  • Christmas and Easter bonuses, as well as holiday allowance

The duration is 12 months, with the option of a 3-month extension.


A) Full-Time Employment

1. Unemployed for up to 12 months:

  • Subsidy: 70% of the eligible cost

  • Maximum amount:

    • €10,550.40 (12 months × €879.20)

    • €13,188.00 (15 months with extension)

2. Long-term unemployed (over 12 months) or mothers of minor children:

  • Subsidy: 80% of the eligible cost

  • Maximum amount:

    • €12,057.60 (12 months × €1,004.80)

    • €15,072.00 (15 months with extension)


B) Part-Time Employment

  • Subsidy: 80% of wage and non-wage costs

  • Maximum monthly amount: €680

  • Minimum employment: 4 hours per day, 5 days per week

  • Maximum total subsidy:

    • €8,160 for 12 months

    • €10,200 for 15 months with extension
