Applications have opened for the new Public Employment Service (DYPA) subsidy program, which supports businesses hiring 2,000 unemployed individuals aged 18 and over in the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace.
The program aims to create 2,000 new full-time jobs in the private sector, strengthening employment and economic activity in the region.
Subsidy of up to 70% of employment costs
Businesses participating in the program can receive a subsidy covering 50% to 70% of the total employment cost, including:

the employee’s salary

social security contributions
The maximum monthly subsidy can reach €875 per employee, with a duration of up to 12 months.
The total budget of the program amounts to €21 million, funded by the Public Employment Service (DYPA).
Which businesses are eligible
The program is addressed to businesses that:

operate in the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace

conduct regular economic activity

plan to create new full-time job positions
The subsidy concerns the hiring of unemployed individuals aged 18 and over.
