A new funding initiative, “Enhancing the Extroversion of Businesses in the Region of Crete,” aims to support small and very small enterprises operating in Crete by helping them participate in professional trade fairs in Greece, the EU, and third countries.
This program gives businesses the opportunity to showcase their products and services, expand their network of clients and partners, and strengthen their export potential.
What is funded
Eligible costs include:

Participation as an exhibitor in professional trade fairs in Greece

Participation as an exhibitor in professional trade fairs abroad

Investment monitoring and management services
Each enterprise may submit an investment plan with a total budget of up to €90,000, covering participation in at least two (2) trade fairs.

Maximum grant for a domestic exhibition: 30.000 €

Maximum grant for an international exhibition: 45.000 €
The public funding rate reaches 50%, with a total program budget of €2,000,000.
Who Can Apply
The program is addressed to small and very small enterprises that:

are legally operating in the Region of Crete,
-
have eligible activity codes (NACE)
-
and meet the specific criteria listed in the official Call for Proposals.
Submission period
Applications must be submitted electronically from October 13, 2025 to December 16, 2025 (until 15:00 local time).
Type of Funding
The program provides a grant/subsidy, covering 50% of eligible expenses related to participation in trade fairs and related promotional activities.
