The "Digital Transactions - Phase II" Program, with a total budget of €61,257,000, offers significant funding to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for the adoption of digital technologies related to invoicing, POS integration, and document issuance.
Who are the Beneficiaries?
Potential beneficiaries are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and self-employed professionals, subject to the following basic conditions:
- They have not received funding in the same category during the previous cycle of the Program.
- The business must be active at the time the application is submitted.
- They are engaged in an eligible business activity.
Subsidized Activities – Funding Categories
Funding is provided through digital vouchers, covering between 90% and 100% of eligible costs, depending on the category.
🔹Category 1: Purchase or Replacement of POS (Point of Sale) Systems
- Funding: €75 per POS device – 100% subsidy
- The maximum number of POS devices is determined by the number of existing units or the company’s revenue.
🔹 Category 3: Electronic Invoicing
- Authorized Invoicing Providers and Software Solutions
- Funding: €300 to €900 per business, depending on turnover (100% subsidy)

🔹 Category 4: Upgrade of Fiscal and Secure Data Transmission Devices
- Connection with EFT/POS terminals
- Subsidy: €112.5 per unit (90% funding)
🔹Category 5: Cash Register Systems (excluding the hospitality and catering industry)
- New system or replacement of EAFDSS (Electronic Fiscal Device Data Storage System)
- Subsidy: €380 per unit (100% funding)
🔹Category 6: Hospitality and Food Service Businesses
- Purchase of a new Fiscal Device (FIM) or Cash Register System
- Subsidy: €380 per unit (100% funding)
🔹Category 7: Technical Support and POS System Upgrades
- For EFT/POS systems that are already integrated
- Subsidy: €75 per POS device (100% funding) — covers upgrades and technical support for 2 years

Application Submission Deadline
Applications for Phase A of all Activity Categories can be submitted from June 23rd to July 11th, 2025.
