The “Produce in Greece” initiative, with a total budget of €50 million, is part of the ESPA 2021–2027 “Competitiveness” Program and is designed to strengthen the production capacity of Greek businesses.

The program was announced by the Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance, Νίκος Παπαθανάσης, reinforcing the government’s commitment to supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The program is open to:

  • Existing small, very small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
  • Businesses that meet the eligibility criteria of the official call
  • Companies operating in sectors that support domestic production

The goal is to boost competitiveness and support the growth of the Greek economy.


💰 Funding details

  • Project budget: €100,000 to €400,000
  • Maximum grant: up to €200,000
  • Ποσοστό ενίσχυσης: 50% – 55%
    • +5% bonus σε περίπτωση ταχείας υλοποίησης

📌 Note: The total project budget cannot exceed twice the highest annual turnover recorded in the last three fiscal years

Applications will be evaluated through a competitive ranking system:

  • Each application is scored
  • The highest-ranking projects are approved
  • Not all applications will receive funding

Approved projects must be completed within:
