By Ministerial Decision, published in the Government Gazette, the continuation of the DYPA program for promoting entrepreneurship among unemployed individuals aged 30 to 59, with particular emphasis on women, has been approved.
According to the amended Government Gazette, the program’s duration is extended until 2027. For the year 2026, the total expenditure amounts to €98 million, confirming the significant financial support allocated to the program.
The program covers all regions of the country, aiming to promote self-employment and the establishment of new small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by unemployed individuals. The first phase of the action foresees the inclusion of approximately 10,055 beneficiaries.
Required Documentation for Participation
Interested individuals who wish to participate in the program must submit the following documents through OPSKE (opske.gr):

Valid operating license or Notification Certificate, or a Certificate of application submission for an operating license from the competent authority for activities not subject to the notification regime (in accordance with Law 3982/2011).

Personalized Information from TaxisNet, including Personal and Business Registry Data (Detailed Facility Information).

Professional practice license, where required. The license may belong either to the beneficiary or to a full-time employee of the enterprise. In the case of an employee, the E4 Form from PS ERGANI (Personnel Table) is also required.

Notification of commencement of business activity or facility operation via the notifybusiness.gov.gr platform for activities subject to the notification regime (Law 4442/2016 and Ministerial Decision οικ. 32790/392/Φ.15/2017).
